The Friends of the United Nations Federation announced the appointment of a regional ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman and the Middle East. Deputies to the regional ambassador were appointed with the rank of ambassador in many countries on the Asian continent.

Deputy Regional Ambassador: Ms. Ohoud Khaled Al-Rifai with the rank of ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Deputy Regional Ambassador: Major General Dr. Ali Mohammed Hussein Ali Sinkel with the rank of Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman.

Deputy Regional Ambassador: Mr. Mohammed Abdul Hamid Abdullah Siraj with the rank of Ambassador to the Republic of India and the Republic of Singapore.
